I limped in with '08' Monaco Cayman with a broken
control/trailing arm. I purchased the parts at Alliance RV in Fl and set appiontment with Snider for the repair. Jerry, service manager was fantastic. Organized, clean, efficient shop. Took about 8 hrs. I have driven the 1500 mile back to Texas and very happy |

Right side ball joints, front end alignment, front
tires. |

Main problem was a pair of tires was supposed to be
ordered 3 weeks before the appointment and they never were. I told the service adviser I didn't want old tires. I had to make a 2nd trip 2 days later to have the tires installed. They were at the back of the container so I had to wait 2 hours. The tires they installed were 18 months old. |
