My fridge hadn�t been keeping cold enough
and I thought it may be the thermistor from the online research I did. Tried many different RV shops in a couple of cities and nobody stocks these so had it ordered in. Turned out insulation had fallen down in the top vent but I wanted to have the thermistor as a spare since it�s so hard to get. All good now. They diagnosed a worn bearing in the jack without even taking it apart and said parts had to be ordered. Told them to keep in touch via email as we were heading into the US for a week and our Canadian phone plan won�t work in the US. They left phone messages which we didn�t get of course. Lack of communication between staff on this issue. My emails weren�t answered so phoned and found out they were waiting to hear from me before ordering the parts which delayed us by a day. (We are full timers.) Turned out the parts weren�t required as all the gears and bearing were in good shape, just needed some grease. Most staff were great to deal with. |

Excellent service by a professional who sent a very efficient and
professional mobile repairman to our campsite at Pancake Bay Provincial Parc 45 miles away from their company location) to make this urgent repair. Their charge for this service was very reasonable everything Dan had to do. He was well-stock with everything he needed for this repair after we forwarded pictures of the entire rear cap of our motorhome was torn off in an accident. |
