  Service Performed:   Hydraulic Jack repair
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   All that was needed was a breaker switched. We purchased the RV that day and had trouble getting the Jack's to extend or retract. After Travis reset the
breaker it was fine. Then he added hydraulic fluid to the reservoir, the tank had plenty of fluid already. He flooded the compartment and caused over a
thousand dollars in damage. We recorded the phone call and asked if he remembered helping us because he never gave us anything in writing. He said he
did and we asked him how much and what type of fluid he added. He told us, and we had a recording of him saying that. We called the next day to ask him
to help us pay for the damage, even part of it. He denied he was there and told us good luck proving it. He also said that on the bottom of his invoice it
says he is not responsible for any damage he causes. He did not give us an invoice so there was nothing for him to show. We recorded this phone call as
well. We submitted everything to Good Sam Roadside Assist and they took a month but paid for the damage since they dispatched him. They claimed they
removed him from the system. Two days ago, we are at the same RV Park again and our neighbor has trouble with their jacks, they call Good Sam Roadside
Assist and these guys the same ones, we're dispatched again. We warned them. They also had a hydraulic fluid overfill. Absolutely ridiculous.
