Bill Wyche is their ONAN mech and he is OUTSTANDING. Been working on generators for 30 years and knows them inside out. When I told him my symptoms
he diagnosed the problem before he looked at my coach. Went back the next morning and he had everything laid out for me to see. Rotor threw a magnetic and trashed the stator and fan. Job was completed in a day and a half which included getting parts shipped to shop. I will use this shop for future ONAN work if at all possible. |
