Called them and received a quote to adjust a slide cover and was quoted $75.00 for service call and $100.00 to do the work. When the technician arrived he
determined that it was not loose enough to adjust He spent about 10 minutes looking at it. He then pulled out a computer generated invoice for $289.55 and called back to the office and they authorized him to reduce it to $192.29. |

I sent an email to them saying that I was quite unhappy about the bill being a lot more that quoted and was told that I just do not understand how business
works. I felt that I did as I owned a service business for over 25 years. I asked what the $17.29 for supplies was for and was informed that it was for things like uniforms etc. I always thought that items like that was included in the hourly rate. I would highly recommend anyone using this company for service get a quote in writing before having any work done. |
