Service Performed:   We have a class C on a Chevy Kodiak C5500 with a Duramax. Our Onan Quiet Diesel 5500 stopped working while in Colorado. It was giving fueling related
codes and had an obvious kink in the fuel line. I was unable to work on it where I was and so brought the RV to them to correct the issues. They took 2.5
days to let me know that they had completely disassembled the unit and that it needed a new stator, rotor and control module to the tune of $3000. I
retrieved the unit and they demanded over $600 in diagnostic fees. I paid and left, although my unit was not returned anywhere near the condition that I
brought it to them in. Another shop changed the lift pump, fuel filter and fuel line for under $200 and we have put over 250 hours on the generator since,
without issue. They have since refunded the $600, but not without a great deal of struggle.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   My opinion is that they were either Incompetent or dishonest in dealing with us. If we broke down in their driveway, I would be towed elsewhere.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Poor
