In one word -- OhHaleNo!!! They used to have a few good mechanics, but they're gone and now it's one rude mechanic with a few high school kids. They
had my motorhome for 2.5 weeks and got nothing fixed, it was actually worse when I got it back. It had 6 dead batteries (4x6-volt coach and 2x12-volt chassis) because they left it out in their dirt/gravel/mud lot with stuff on for those 2.5 weeks so the fridge quit, the freezer warmed up and frozen hamburger rotted and stunk up the motorhome. They left it unlocked for God knows how long till my wife found it unlocked. The service department never knew what was going on with the motorhome until they asked their one rude mechanic. This service department will not even honor the warranty they sold me when I bought this motorhome there last year. They wanted to charge me a $115 "Administrative Fee" for processing my warranty work. And the service writer kept calling my 40' Diesel Pusher a "trailer". Does it LOOK like a trailer? Don't look here �cause you don't want to buy here. You need to buy from someone who will honor their warranty as tho' it was the word of God. These clowns?? OhHaleNo!!! |
