Excellent all the way around. Despite a busy schedule they fit us in the shop within an hour of our unscheduled arrival. The diagnosis was completed
quickly but the part was not available until the next day. They set up the RV so we could stay in it - you cannot stay in their lot overnight but there is a Cracker Barrel nearby with RV spaces. The next day within a very short time after the part arrived they had the rig back in the shop and replaced the sensor, and we were on our way for a cost of about half what I expected. One caveat: their labor rate for working on RV's is $148/hour, but even with this rate the cost was still much less than I expected. I would certainly come here again if I was in the area. |
