We had planned a big family camping trip up near the Grand Canyon over Labor Day Weekend. The Monday before, my husband
found that our generator had problems in our 2013 Fuzion toy hauler. It was beyond what hubby could find and fix so we took it to Galpin RV as they were the only ones that could work on it before our trip. They promptly diagnosed the problem, which was a fuel pump, fixed it and we were able to pick it up Wednesday. Their quick action saved our trip and we were on the road Thursday AM as planned. We will certainly give our future RV business to Galpin RV! We were even able to buy our propane there, which was much cheaper than our other stores in the area. |

Oven door not closing properly. Kitchen drawer not closing properly
comes open during travel. This is a 2017 Rockwood under WARRANTY! Oven has never been used, but first attempt revealed door was not closing tightly. |

Dealer claimed oven door was BENT, thus not covered. Also claimed
drawer was BENT, (even though it was fixed previously). We are both in our 70's, no kids, so no one could have bent the oven door. I pointed out when taken in that upon my own inspection it was clear that oven was poorly installed, with gaps on both sides. Service attitude was worst ever, "sorry but factory does not cover bent!" How can a wooden drawer be bent? (Answer: beats me!) Calls to factory- leave message! we're never returned. So only choice was to pay bill. Never again. |

Due to a family emergency in Texas, I needed to leave AZ much more quickly than I had planned. I knew I needed an oil change in my motorhome before I
drove that far. I also know how hard it is to get a service appointment during such a busy time, but when I called and talked to John and explained my situation, he was able to work me in within my time frame for leaving (2 days). At first he told me they wouldn�t be able to do the generator oil change and filter which I also wanted, but once I was there, he was able to do that, also. I felt much better about hitting the road after having that work done, as well as them checking my tires for the proper pressure. Absolutely every person I came in contact with there was friendly and caring. Maybe this wasn�t heavy duty RV repairs, but their attitude and willingness to help spoke volumes to me about the kind of people they are, and that�s pretty important, too. As a solo woman fulltime RVer, it's important that I trust the people who work on my motorhome, so I�d definitely go back there next time I�m in the area. |
