One slide not coming in. Leveling system malfunctioned. Ron Rose
evaluated, worked with RV manufacturer and slide/level system manufacturer and got it fixed. Had motor overnighted, wrong one sent, got right one overnighted. He worked in the rain, on the weekend and after hours to put in new motor/hydraulics. |

Very knowledgable and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. I would drive 100 miles out of my way to have him be the one working on my RV. |

Our electrical cable from the RV to the toad had to be completely rebuilt with new sockets and plugs. All wiring had to be done on the ground at the RV
park. |

Ron came out on July 1st and did some preliminary work. He then had to order 2 new parts, and said he would return the next day to finish, as we were
leaving early on July 3rd. He had a full work day, and called to say he was driving an hour from his last call and would arrive at 9 to complete the job. He took 1 hour to finish, everything worked perfectly, and he did not charge us for a second service call. As he was preparing to finally leave and go home, at 10PM, another guest approached Ron about some problems with his interior electric. Off Ron went to help the next gentlemen. |
