  Service Performed:   Engine Air Conditioner Repair. And Onan Generator Repair
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Repaired the compressor and the system works as if new from the manufacturer. Service and repaired the generator. Work fine. Gave me priority in the
service of the vehicle to travel on.

  Service Performed:   Engine service, oil and filters. Minor water leak, fan switch, electrical short in dash, front visor, breaker, power steps
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Made appointment in September, dropped coach off week before Thanksgiving, still not done mid-January. Horrible communication, had to drive there
repeatedly to get updates. Waited until last-minute to repair and then could not get parts.

  Service Performed:   Repaired a leak on driver's side window.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   It was a difficult leak to find but these guys found the leak in the fiberglass. After it was fixed we let it sit in a thunderstorm, no leak.

  Service Performed:   Replace broken side window and replace TV
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Took 44 days and only completed because I showed up and would not leave until work was completed. Quality of work was so poor that I made an
appointment with Newmar factory and drove to IN. I had purchased this unit new from NIRV but had to drive to IN to get warranty repairs done correctly.
