  Date of Service:   5/12/2015
  Company Contact:   Stephen Shaffer
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   My generator wasn't working properly. It would run about 1-2 min than die out like it was starved for fuel. I was at the local Wall Mart when this problem
started. I called Cummings who gave me the name of a local authorized repair facility. It was after hours so I had no luck getting any assistance from them.
All I got was answering machines even after calling all four numbers each of which gave me a new number to call for emergency service. We decided to
move to a local campground because we had to have power and the batteries were getting very low.

We encountered Steve at the campground as he was completing a service call at the neighboring lot. I explained my problem and he came over to check the
Generator out. Within 10-15 min he had it working fine. He also discovered a water leak in the heater core. He explained the Generator sounded like it was
starving for fuel initially, but cleared up. He said it may have had bad fuel, (I just filled the RV tank) or some condensation from the fuel lines could cause
the problem. He told me how to put a temp fix on the heater core and that there was no charge as he hadn't done any repair. I was not willing to have him
do anything with the heater core. He told me to keep a close eye on the temp and coolant level until I had time to effect a repair.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Diagnosis well done. Very professional in dealing with me and gave his time and knowledge freely.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Very Good
