Evaluation of Service Performed:   I recently had repairs done to my Motor Home at your facility and was very impressed with the service. As a fulltime RVer prompt service is a number one
priority. I had two broken rear shock mounts on my Spartan Motor Home chassis. I called Debbie mid-morning Monday explaining the problem and my
unique situation of being a full time RVer. She told me yes, that the shop could do the repairs, but I needed to bring my RV in so that a determination could
be made on exactly what was needed. When I arrived about 10 am she had Bryan in the parts department working on what might be needed. I spoke to
Bryan who was on the phone with Spartan. He got Spartan to send him an exploded diagram of the suspension area and I pointed out the broken mount. It
turned out that the part didnt have a part number. Bryan got Jay the RV expert at Truck Trailer Repair to look at the actual broken part and figure out a
way to repair it rather than getting new parts. Jay determined it was an easy fix and they got Debbie to schedule me in the next day when the new shocks
arrived, which were shipped overnight to them. Truck Trailer Repair had no place to park overnight and stay in RV so we found an RV park close by.

Bryan called Tuesday to give me bad news that because of an electronic equipment failure at the shock factory the shocks were not going to make it until
the following day. Bryan called about 11 AM Wednesday letting us know the shocks were being picked up at UPS. When we arrived Jay met us and
immediately started work on the RV. Upon our return from lunch, we found out the work was completed. We were pleasantly that the bill was of what we
expected it to be! The prompt, courteous, and caring service provided by this staff is a credit to your business practices. These individuals deserve strong
recognition for a fantastic job well done. Please pass on my accolades to them. These are the type of employees you need to keep on your payroll.
