I searched all over the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area for a shop to upgrade my trailer class V hitch with no luck as none would touch the job. Finally in
desperation I contacted Precision Painting in Bremen, IN who recommended Dan's Service Center in Elkhart, IN. This is one of the best shops I have ever been to. All the employees and the owner Dan were extremely helpful. Of special note were Ryan, my point of contact, Nate the technology expert and Chris the maintenance tech. I left my RV for 10 days with them and Ryan made certain my rig stayed plugged in ensuring the refrigerator ran without interruption. Nate provided a detailed description of the brake control operation along with numerous tips on accessories I might need for my new stacker trailer. Chris wired the lights and power and assisted with hitch fitting. Dan fabricated, fitted and installed the best custom hitch available. They all kept safety of install at the forefront. This shop was the most accommodating business I believe I ever dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing towing needs. |
