  Date of Service:   2/2/2012
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Replace broken passenger mirror, paint scars on right side, repair damages bay doors, rear corner, fix rear jack.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Called month in advance for appointment. Had to wait after arrival for service. Took 45 days to do work I was told would take a lot less. He had to reorder
parts 2 additional times because he ordered the wrong part and failed to identify parts that were needed, Mgr farmed out the body work and paint to
another contractor. Painting was done outside and not in a booth. Paint pealed 18 months later. Overspray is still visible. Tech broke the right turn camera
in the mirror base and I told Mgr to have original camera installer in Tucson to do camera replacement in mirror. He did not listen and mounted camera
with epoxy crooked, I discovered tech put silicone sealant on my rubber roof. Mgr said he did not know when I brought it to his attention. DICOR was used
after silicone was removed upon my demand. The hydraulic jack was rebuilt twice. I had to return 2nd time for it to be repaired again. And it leaked again
after 2nd repair but I was over a thousand miles away by then.
