Fix non working bathroom door, repair non
working awning, replace front window glass, replace missing interior ceiling light covers, repair front seat casing, replace seat covers where they spilled anti freeze, replace missing back ladder, etc. |

was replaced 3 times, ladder still not installed. On a scale of 1-10, they would get a -10. |
