The supporting beam of our large slide was damaged and we could not get it back in. Although the work to fix it was beyond Joe's capability, he coordinated
with a local welder who fixed the problem. |

Joe was willing to go above and beyond what we expected. He stayed with us until he was sure everything was fixed. He followed up with a phone call and we
really appreciated his great customer service. Highly recommended and if we are in the area again with a problem, we won't hesitate to call him. |
