Never got a call till the end of the day and was told that all was well and I could come and pick up the RV. I did and got a bill for $750. No one at the time knew what was done or if there were any issues. No one seemed to know anything and that the person I dealt with, the service manager, had gone home. I came back the next day and asked the service manager what happened. he said they pulled all the wheels, brakes were fine but they decided to grease the bearings and install new seals. This was not what was asked for but he didn't care and told me if I did not like it to go elsewhere. That I will do and I am now posting this horror story all over the place to tell people to avoid this joint.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   I have no idea on whether they did anything at all other than charge me $750. Midtown RV is my preferred service location, though it is a 250-mile trip, each way, to get there. It is worth the trip. Their work is top-notch and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the powered overnight parking they provide and their technicians allowing you to watch the work being performed.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   I've been having repair and maintenance work done here for more than 4-years. Work is typically done right the first time but if an issue arises, they address it promptly.   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent               Date of Service:   7/15/2017   Company Contact:   Shane Mahan   Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel   Service Performed:   Diesel generator service, roof check & seal, torn off slide topper repaired, carpet repaired, washing machine replaced, Hydro-Hot serviced and repaired toilet.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   As with previous work I have had done here, their service guys did a wonderful job, allowed me to observe the work being performed and they provided useful information to prevent and mitigate future service needs.
