We got the rear bumper of our tow hauler stuck on a tall curb. It resulted in a bent rear bumper, bent tongue and "tweeked" the rear door; which then led to
the floor suffering water damage. |

The customer service was TERRIBLE. These people don't know how to return a phone call, which is very frustrating when they have YOUR $30,000 investment
on their lot. They gave us an incomplete estimate...didn't even look in storage compartments when giving us a water damage estimate on the floor. |

| Service Performed: | We had all the roof sealed, all vents, openings, and edges. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
Work was done so poorly that roof started leaking after exposed to first rains. When we complained to the business we were told the work had a one year
warranty, and warranty was up one month before so nothing they could do. Owner had to pay out over $500 to rectify situation. We're told that the base had not been properly prepared and sealant applied too sparingly. |
