  Service Performed:   Loose bolt on shock absorber
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   1/2 way through our summer trip, 2000 miles from home, Camping World was able to service us without an appointment, detect & tighten a loose bolt on
our front right shock. While other dealers were backed up for weeks, this location welcomed us and us provided great service & hospitality. Work was done
within a few hours and we were on our way. They even filed the warranty paperwork so we were not out-of-pocket!

  Service Performed:   Warranty replacement of grey tank, black tank valve and refrigerator door. Check for reason for slide out leak, do Good Sam safety inspection.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   First visit (6 hours) evaluation of needs: wrong parts were ordered for all issues. Second visit (5 hours) we were told about wrong parts, parts reordered,
nothing else done. Third visit ( day and a half) grey tank replaced, black tank valve replaced, correct part for refrigerator had not arrived. Slide out checked
and safety inspection done after we requested them again. We were told at 5 pm that the glue on tank seals was not set, requiring us to stay overnight in a
hotel before picking up rig the next afternoon. As it turns out the valve on the grey tank is now leaking.
