  Date of Service:   12/29/2014
  Work Done on:   Class C
  Service Performed:   Install kitchen sink.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   While traveling in our RV we found a crack in our kitchen sink. Because we are moving all the time it's hard to find a Camping World to do the work as,
there is always a few weeks wait for work to be done.

We went down to Camping World in Dover, Fl on December 16, 2014 hoping to get an appointment. We were told it could take weeks to order a sink. But,
while we were there we saw a sink in the clearance section that looked like it would fit our RV. We brought it over to the service department and asked if
we could make an appointment and if the sink fits then they could install it. We were able to get an appointment for 10:00 am, on December 29, 2014,
and they put the sink aside.

At the time we were in Lakeland, Fl until December 28th but, we were going to Ruskin, Fl on December 29th after our appointment. We spent the night
before our appointment at a TA truck stop so we could bring the RV to Camping World (CW) first thing in the morning. When we got to CW we explained
again that they have a sink there and if it fits install it. We have the Good Sam's extended warranty so the installation would cost us $50. We repeatedly
said only install the sink if it fits because, in January we were going to Sebring, Fl for a month and would have time to order a sink if the one they had
didn't fit. We explained all that to the associate.
We got to CW at 8am hoping they would be able to take us early, but, we found out that Good Sam's didn't open until 10am. So we waited. Finally at
3:50pm a different associate came to us in the waiting room and said they would have to reconstruct our sink area to fit the sink they had but, it would
cost us $175. We explained the whole thing again, we only wanted the sink if it fit we don't want the sink area altered just give us the RV and we will order
the one that fits as explained to the first associate on December 16th and when we brought the RV in. We were then told well, they took the sink out
already and it would cost us $187 to put it back in. "WHAT"!!!!! We were not satisfied with that and asked to speak to a service manager. The associate
told us she would get him. We waited 15-20 minutes and no one came. So, we went to the service department and asked to talk to the manager. Again,
no manager came to us. The associate came back and told us they would put the old sink back and not charge us.
We did not get our RV back until 4pm. The sink was not put back properly, the pipes leaked all over the place none of the fittings were tightened up, we
tightened them up but, they still leak. Because it was so late we spent another night at the TA truck stop. There was sawdust all over my stove, under my
counter and under the slide out. So, I looked under the sink. Sure enough they cut areas out of all four corners of my counter. I called the associate
immediately which was around 4:35pm but, got a recording. I left a message about my counter being cut and asked her to call me back asap. I never got a
call. On December 31st I called and asked for the service manager and asked his name. His name is Damien Shafer he too did not answer his phone either
and I left a message about the sink and asked for him to return my call. As of today no one has returned my calls.
