This facility specializes in large, complex over-the-road trucks. The team and equipment appear capable of handling large, complex jobs. Lots of
commercial customers with various truck configurations. It is an authorized Spartan service center and may be for Freightliner as well. Very capable but RVers should recognize that they need to check appointment times. Fair cost for work performed. Field service is excellent as well. |

| Service Performed: | Diagnose and fix electrical problem with battery charging system. Consult on operational questions. | ||

Field Tech Charles Votaw diagnosed and corrected a blown fuse that was overlooked by RV tech elsewhere when he installed new chassis batteries
and may have blown a 300 amp fuse leading to slow deterioration of new batteries. Charles demonstrated an impressive knowledge not only of the electrical system but also a command of the mechanical components of this large diesel pusher. I would strongly recommend Charles to anyone who has a variety of problems on larger coaches. Cost was fair, especially for the service provided. This center specializes in handling large, complex vehicles. |
