Their President was a presenter of a seminar at the recent Colorado Good Sam Rally. Having had trouble with my furnace, I
decided to stop on the way home to see what they could do. Well, long story short, they found that a "critter" had crawled
up into the heat exchanger and got fried, cracking the exchanger. Since Atwood does not sell replacements for this part, a
total furnace replacement was necessary, which they did. They let us spend the night hooked up in their parking lot. They
also lent a runaround vehicle at no charge, which we took to Denver for an appointment.

I am now preparing for a Fall camping trip with the new furnace. I thank Terry, Carli, Jess, Katie, Ken, and especially
Tupou who found the problem. They were all very friendly and tried their best to keep the expense down. I really appreciated
that!

Do NOT use Colorado Truck, Auto and RV on Galley Rd in Colorado Springs. Randy took our motorhome there to replace one of the rear air conditioners.
When we got it home, the rear automatic steps weren't working. Randy called them, they said they were bent, so they decided to straighten them! We did not
ask them to touch them. They said to bring it back and they would fix them. We brought it back, they said the mechanism is burned out, they can't repair
them! They were working fine when we dropped it off, and no one gave them permission to mess with them!

The replacement of the air conditioner, as far as I know, was good. We haven't used it yet, but why they took it upon themselves to "straighten" the steps and
then refuse to take responsibility for repairing them, is not acceptable.

Upgraded front air coil suspension bags with heavy-duty coil springs. They also discovered other suspension problems and I approved the repair.

Very competent mechanics. The only criticism is that they do not have a secure area for parking RVs. I didn't have a problem, but they are located in a
questionable part of town.

My motorhome developed a gasoline leak somewhere around the gas tank. The smell was pretty strong. When I got to Colorado Springs I called the
Camping World and they referred me to Springs Auto & Truck Service Center. And I'm glad they did.

They started work on the RV as soon as I arrived and completed the repair the following morning. We spent the night in our RV at their facility. I am
absolutely delighted with the work they did.
