Stopped in to purchase a Fastway Flip Jack and started talking with the Service Department people (Jeff Rogers) and told them my new Cougar
trailer's toilet bowl wouldn't hold water in it. He said bring the trailer in and they would look at it. I went down the road and returned with my trailer straight away. Within 45 minutes they were done fixing the leak. Seems Keystone mounted the toilet wrong and General RV fixed it quickly. And this was on a very busy day for them. |
