after 10 years of service. Highly recommend.

  Date of Service:   8/31/2012
  Company Contact:   Mike Cannon
  Work Done on:   Tow Vehicle
Service Performed:   Installed Remco Lube Pump, built and installed vehicle-specific tow bracket, completed all wiring to set up tow vehicle.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Roadmaster did an extremely poor job on the installation. We experienced two incidents that required our car to be towed - the second time
resulted in a failed transmission. Both were directly related to Roadmaster's poor workmanship. We notified Roadmaster of the problems
immediately each time, however to date, they have not accepted responsibility for the problems -- in fact we have barely received an apology.
Interestingly, we did learn that one of the technicians who worked on our vehicle was fired after the first problem was discovered with our vehicle
because this was the latest incident in a long series of issues related to his work performance. Ultimately, we expect these problems to cost us
approximately $5,000.

Although we have used Roadmaster tow bars in the past and have been quite happy with their product, we will never again use them for any
installation work and want to warn others of the risk of doing so.
