  Service Performed:   Had a new Dometic refrigerator Installed and the old fridge removed.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The install was done very well. Araceli (she goes by RC) was very professional. She kept me posted on the progress of the install. I also observed her as
she took care of many customers while I waited and was very impressed by her customer service and professional attitude. Joe the tech that did the
actual install did a good job. I was very pleased with the results as I was converting from a household 110 volt to a gas/electric model that took extra
work. I would definitely use them again.

  Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
  Service Performed:   All of the cabinet faces in the motorhome had to be replaced due to manufacturer defect. At least 80 hours of work..
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Stopped by once during the work and was pleased with the work being done. Tech named Chris was doing the work. It took a little over 2 weeks to
get the motorhome back but I had told them to take their time as I was concerned about the extensive work being done on a new motorhome. We
were very pleased with the work, only found a couple of minor blips that I corrected myself later but was pleased overall with the work and the way
we were treated by the service department, namely Lloyd and the warranty person, Rose.
