FANTASTIC! Fast service - came to my home. Is also a
factory rep of the unit he installed, so stands behind
all work done. Great price - less than local services
I would have to take the trailer to. Be he came to
ME!!!! Very easy to deal with.

I can't say enough good things about Robert with
Carren RV. I called on a Saturday while Robert was
out of town. He arrived at our site Monday morning...
and with a large Dometic compressor-cooled portable
to get us through the repairs. He got the repair
authorized by our Route 66 coverage, ordered the
cooling unit, and had the repair completed in exactly
a week. He's one of the friendliest people I have
ever worked with, too. We are "happy campers" tonight
with our frig and freezer compartments holding at the
proper temps. Carren RV will be our go-to for RV
service and repair whenever we are back in the
Augusta area.

Robert arrived on time and went to work. Taking care to tape plastic film to the side of my motor home before proceeding to wash the entire
roof. Once he was satisfied with the protection he used a pressure washer to clean thoroughly, then he hand coated the edges and around air
conditioners. Next he applied 2 coats of the Dicor roof product. Clean up was completed. The value of the service was excellent and the quality
was excellent. I highly recommend Robert. He came to the State Park where I was volunteering and did not charge for his travel time. One very
nice touch...he had occasion to go into my motor home to inspect my refrigerator and he put foot covers over his shoes! If you are traveling
through the Augusta Georgia area and need RV service, you can't do better than Robert Sheldon at Carren RV.

Robert's quality of work was exceptional. While visiting in the Augusta area and needing repairs, we found his company's name on the web and
called. His first visit to our couch was to find the problem that was causing the levelers to fail. He mentioned that he had looked up the
information on the model of the levelers before coming out. This gave him the opportunity to have an idea of what to look for. When he entered
the coach he wore foot protectors. We have had many service people come into the coach and he was the first to do so. (a considerate and well
appreciated gesture). He had to order the part and during the long shipping time, kept in touch with us. His diagnostic skills proved to be above
par. After years of owning rv's and needing service on them, this individually owned company is the best we have ever used. I wished we lived in
this area.
