Ran into issue with coach after work completed. Had ample time to complete work but didn't have completed on the date we needed back. Had the RV for 3
1/2 months due to installing the engine fan backwards causing an overheat issue. I asked several times if they checked it and told yes. Finally after removing the radiator and CAC, finding out no issues at all from radiator shop, that the fan was wrong side out. They changed upper and lower hoses and some lines on their dime and only admitted fault when I pressured them. Then I found a ground wire not even connected to a terminal on an A/C part they worked on. Coach taken there August 30th and not received back until December 11th. Way too much aggravation for a return visit! We did finally come to terms on invoice billing. |

CAT 3126B engine was due for valve lash adjustment. Removed engine cover panel in bedroom, removed valve cover and measured and adjusted all
intake and exhaust valves to specifications. Reinstalled valve cover and did a thorough inspection on all engine components for any issues. |

Work was done in a timely manner. Service technicians were very polite, always removed shoes or put on booties to protect inside coach. very
knowledgeable and answered several of my questions I had for them. Excellent and will return! |
