topper. We are full-time RVers and were on our way to Blue Springs State Park. |

They were fast and efficient and reasonably priced. I
chose them because of their good reviews on RVServiceReviews and they lived up to their reputation. It's a very small place but James is excellent. |

They were rude, went to hook up my septic lines and they open and closed my black tank, it still got stuff on me. The cabinet that had water damage looks
unprofessional and is out of square had them test the fridge cause it quit working while I was out-of-town nothing like cleaning out spoiled couple week old chicken and randomly started working few months later couldn't replicate the problem so it didn't get replaced however they did punch tiny holes in it and busted the septic cleaner in the cabinet they replaced which was nice of them calling the manager and corporate in the morning then more than likely an attorney to see what my legal actions are |

Replace large sliding window in lounge (outer pane broken on double pane window). The window had to be ordered w/est 4-6 weeks. They told me I would
have to leave the coach there. I told them that was not acceptable. After some discussion they decided if I paid for the window up front they could order it and I could return after it came in. It came in 5 weeks later. I left the coach with them and the install was done in three days. Appears to very well done. |

| Service Performed: | Had to have a new on demand water pump installed. While they had unit I asked them to "service the batteries" and clean out the battery bay. | ||

NO problems with water pump install. Batteries, I guess they checked the fluid level and filled, if needed. However, they did not remove the batteries
from bay, nor did they even wipe out the bay. Charged me $176.00 for the battery portion of the bill! |

I have a upper end fifth wheel and wanted the slide seals replace and wanted the sealtech test done to check the roof for leaks and some other
minor repairs. I thought I was taking it to a reputable dealer since they charge 119.00 an hour I expected to get quality work done but I did not. They kept my trailer for 16 days knowing that I was having to rent another place to stay. When I went to pick it up on saturday, they had cut one of the new slide seals in 3 places and used white caulking over brown decals. The bedroom slide would not even slide out and there wasn't anything wrong with it when I dropped the trailer off. No one was there on Saturday that had worked on it so they could not tell me anything about the repairs. They kept it until the next Wednesday and fixed the slide seal and caulking but the cost was unreal for the repairs done to the trailer. Within two weeks the roof had leaked and the slide seal had came loose. I called to have them get it repaired but it has been two weeks and they have not returned my call. I had to hire someone else to make the repairs. I would not use Southern RV or would not recommend Southern RV of Tyler Texas to anyone. |
