This place treated me very well. I had to replace my Xantrex inverter the tech was very professional and went above and beyond. The service advisor was also great they processed my Good Sam warranty quickly. There is a large RV park in the back if you need to stay overnight. Just schedule an appointment ahead
of time they are very busy. |

This is relating to the body shop at McClain's RV in Sanger. I had an accident with my camper and thought my best bet for getting repairs made would be at a
big name dealer such as this. Unfortunately, this ended up being a mistake on my part. Their lack of communication, responsiveness and attention to detail is lacking to say the least. If you do decide to use McClain's be sure to be prepared to make lots of phone calls, remind them of what work needs done, and then remind them what needs done again. |

As a last note, and to be fair, the work they did complete was quality work. Just a very bad experience, as some items were not repaired and mistakes were
made that led to a delay in getting my camper back to me in a reasonable time. |

Arrived at the campground Sunday evening. Monday morning before noon the maintenance was completed quickly and more thoroughly than other
techs have done. Reasonable price and fast service! |
