We purchased a used Winnebago ERA and a number of issues were identified and repaired by the service department. The propane tank regulator was
replaced, the sink faucet was replaced, a bathroom door latch was replaced and the TV wiring was repaired. The entryway rubber step protector was also re- glued. |

The service department was very professional and addressed all our concerns. Repairs were made in one day and we were on our way at no additional cost
to us. We feel confident that the service department is competent and efficient. Could not be happier with the way we were treated and will absolutely return if and when additional services are needed. |

Had a full wall slide stuck while we were in town for a few days. I
went in and talked to Troy, he fit us in his schedule and also fixed our water heater. They even let us stay in their full hook up spots while they worked on it. They fixed what had just been "fixed" by a mobile guy in San Diego. Thanks Troy! |

Intermittent problem with HVAC (all heating and cooling units). At first,
units would fail to work during the evening hours, but then continued to fail into the daylight hours. All units checked out, but manufacturers had no experience in this type of failure. Sierra's technician methodically isolated problem to a faulty wiring connector between the units and the dual zone thermostat. |

Company was exceptionally responsive to my RV repair needs as well
as my personal needs to be in another city for a pre-scheduled medical operation. Many thanks to all involved in going the extra miles to solve a particularly illusive problem. |

Multiple issues....in 2011 we had 2 A/C units replaced, the Aquahot serviced, and a few other things I don't remember at the moment. In 2012 we
had an oil change, flat repair, checked the ride level, and I know there is something else but I can't remember |

phone. This is my favorite Monaco dealership in the US at this point! They are wonderful! |
