| Service Performed: | Rekey all bay doors alike, install winegard traveler, Replace 4 house batteries, replace power step, replace inverter board. | ||

Horrible!!!! They had my unit for over a week and it was left dirty, work only half done, wires hanging everywhere, packaging material lying around
the unit, the DVR NOT hooked up to the dish, and WORST of all, one of the workers had taken a SH*T in my toilet with the water off and plugged it up. It had hardened in the bowl and pipe and I had to chisel it out with a broom handle. When the multiple problems were brought to the owners attention I received ZERO response, not even an apology or offer of a free wash after spending nearly $6000 dollars. I will NEVER go there again and am warning all of my friends, family and neighbors. |
