  Service Performed:   Tires checked, propane filled, right passenger speaker blown, AC vent control not turning, dashboard lose, HDMI cable broken, hazard lights not working,
and (2) Dodge recalls.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Took coach in and 13 days later when it was ready to pick up, only (2) of 9 things were fixed. Said they were waiting on parts and Winnebago told me that
Dean's never ordered the part. Filed a complaint and service director e-mailed me and said that he would get to the bottom of it. He never did and after
several times of trying to follow-up, he says I could take my coach to be serviced somewhere else and he wished me the best. Customer service was horrible
and experience was the worst ever.

  Service Performed:   Repair hot water heater. Will not work on electric.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Picked the trailer up and tried it the first night on the road. Would not work. Called and they said it is probably the on/of switch on the heater is turned off.
The switch was on and still not working.They charged the insurance company but did not do the work. Not the first time something like this has happened.
They do not check to see if the work has been done when the unit leaves their place.

  Service Performed:   Warranty work on things they have previously fixed.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Horrible didn't fix stuff told us we broke it so their warranty won't cover it which was untrue. Charged us a pretty penny to tell us warranty wouldn't fix it
and then couldn't even give us the estimate they told is they charged for?

  Service Performed:   Awning anemometer replaced; metal trim on slide-outs were repaired and re-secured to bottom edge of slide-outs, window caulked to cure water leak.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The appointment was easily made in a timely manner. The work was done in a timely fashion and was done properly. A site with 50-amp electrical service was made available for an overnight stay while adhesives and sealants cured.

  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Winter storm, ice and temp dropped to 23 at 4PM, going down to 10 above. We have a 2004 Itasca and no heat. Called Dean's, which is a Winnebago dealer, explained our problem and the answer was we are booked for 2 weeks. We had tickets for 4 nights of racing at the Chili Bowl. Had to pack up and go home.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   No work done, Dean's would not even look at the furnace, took it to a local RV shop after we arrived home and it was a loose wire!
