Rachel worked on our 5th Wheel in 2009, 2011, 2012, now our Class C in 2014. She has repaired the roof that was damaged by a tree limb. Repaired
toilet that had been set wrong by a different repairman from Flint. We had our A/C repaired by a different person from a different city. He charged us over $300.00 to replace the capacitor. She inspected it and told us that the problem was actually something entirely different. She told us to call her before ordering parts and she would tell us if it was a fair market price or not. The capacitor was priced almost double from what it should have. We now have a Class C and she is working on the steps and another roof leak. Rachel Nordstrom is always professional, always honest, and very fair priced and she comes to you. I highly recommend her if you are in the Flint, Mich area in the summer...She winters in Florida. |

| Service Performed: | Repair a/c that was installed in April by All Around Mobile RV Service in Pahrump, NV. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Our new a/c never worked properly and this was the hottest summer in Michigan history. We contacted Rachel at Nordstrom RV Service and she checked it out and determined that the duct work going to the front of the 5th wheel was 95% blocked with tin foil, etc. She removed the blockage, screwed the front and rear duct work to the wood and then taped both openings with an aluminum tape. Her work was extremely professional and we were amazed at the difference in the performance of our new air conditioner. | ||
