Replace master brake cylinder, lube chassis and check
steering stabilizer. |

When we showed up for our appointment they got
started promptly and diagnosed that the master cylinder was indeed leaking. Rusty tried to find a replacement for our 23-year-old master cylinder from everyone in the area for a full day and once that failed, since I had a non-local source, told me I could go ahead and get it and they would install it. That same first day they went ahead and did the lube and found that the steering stabilizer was just dangling by loose bolts; it had been done in by Louisiana roads! All it needed was to be retightened. Next-day air turned out to be next-next-day air so we had a down day. When UPS showed up with the master cylinder the next day the guys immediately slapped that thing right in. At that moment the stop-light switch decided to stop working so they changed that too. Throughout all this everyone was very friendly. The price was very fair and a couple of little things weren't even charged. A 30A electric hookup is provided for fulltimers. You can't stay in the RV while it's actually in the shop but if possible they'll get you out of the building so you can stay aboard. |

Flush and service cooling system.
Replace A/C belt. |

The coolant system was flushed and new coolant, Final Charge, was installed with distilled water in a 50-50 ratio as should be done, some places use tap water. The tech was very quick and made sure that there was no mess inside the coach for the owner to clean up.
This is a family business and they want their customers satisfied and coming back. I certainly will the next time I need work done on my coach. |
