Transfer switch inoperable. Temperature 107 in Oakley, KS on Saturday when the transfer switch would change to shore power. Traveled on our way to the Royal Gorge on Sunday 7/2/12 calling ahead for help.
Camping World service was closed and booked until the end of July. They recommended Pro RV Tech. "He's mobile and he's good." Josh returned our call. He was an hour and half away but agreed to meet us at the Royal View RV Park, terrific place, near the Royal Gorge. No one had a new transfer switch that would fit our Mercedes Sprinter Airstream Van. But, Josh tried to make a temporary repair to the transfer switch to last us through the night. It lasted until 9 p.m. I call Josh to report my situation. He said he was an hour away, but would come back to help us. By this time it was really late. But, Josh came back, hardwired our unit so we could have shore power, order a transfer switch to be air shipped in the next day. Josh knows his stuff. You can tell when you talk to him on the phone. He proved it in person. We are grateful for his extra effort to help us when temperatures were over 100 degrees. |

| Service Performed: | Repairs previously missed by other RV shops, including repair and diagnosis to furnace cycling problems, entry step not operating,hydraulic jacks not functioning properly, and a faulty vacuum pump. | ||

Recently had Josh Blalock of Pro Tech RV come past our place to attend to a number of issues left unresolved by other local RV repair facilities. It was obvious from our first meeting that Josh had the experience to repair what was needed, in a timely, and professional manner. Explaining exactly what would be needed to do to repair our
unit. Pro Tech's huge advantage is being a mobile operation which comes to you, rather then you going to them. If you require any RV repair service in, and around the Colorado Springs area, give then a try. You won't be disappointed. |
