| Service Performed: | Gray tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. While it was in, I provided a long list of other, minor work to be done. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Giant Recreation kept my RV for almost two weeks and didn't complete my list - maybe did about a day's work on it. They repaired the gray tank, instead of replacing it, without telling me. In fact, there was no proactive communication from the service department - I had to keep calling them for updates. They treated me as if I were a weekend camper and not a full-timer paying for a motel while they were diddling around. | ||
