| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Putting 28 quarts of oil into a 17 quart crankcase is not what I call professional. Even when I called them back and told them what they had done, all I got is "I'll tell the mechanic". This statement came from the manager!! | ||

| Service Performed: | Replaced alternator following thorough diagnosis of charging problem. Saved existing pulley that was seized on old alternator by using a torch to carefully remove it. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent! Limped in late afternoon after keeping engine running using the battery booster button. Let us camp for the night and took us right in the next morning. | ||
