| Service Performed: | Removal and replacement of rotten wood framing, luan boards, wall and ceiling boards in bedrooms wall and ceiling. Insurance paid job. Had to be completely re-done by another. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Within a month the ceiling started to collapse and the leak was worse than before. Found out that he had only opened up a small hole in the ceiling and wall and removed a couple of blackened boards, then he nailed some fresh 1x2's to the existing rotted wood. I think he thought this is were the leak was coming from and sealed up "the leak" with liquid nails. All the rotten boards were then hidden with some fresh new paneling. Worse than poor service for $2000. | ||
