| Service Performed: | Minor warranty work performed in a professional, expeditious manner. Coach was released one full day before promised date. Service adviser(Dave Durling) and service manager (Scott Woodham) are above and beyond what it calls for to get the job done. Why get beat up by that dealership in Sefner when you can get better, cheaper service work done by the biggest network in the US? Freedom Roads is where it's at, AQFAIC. I'm sold on these guys, I have bought 4 motorhomes from them, and continue to do business with them. | ||

| Service Performed: | Requested lube oil filter plus 6 or so warranty items on new Fleetwood Bounder...took 3 months to get appointment | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | 6 gallons oil put in unit vs. the 4 required...no lube performed, tech said it didn't need it, 7,000 miles?...1 minor warranty item repaired...after consulting Cummins, EC sent tech to my home to drain 2 gallons oil...when we arrived, they told us they were behind 6 days due to sale they participated in...on a scale of 1-10 rate them -1. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This is our 4th coach from them - work has always been excellent. This is part of the Freedom Roads Group, so service across country is there as well. There is always a chronic that you can't please, but the people at this dealership try that extra mile to try to please even them. | ||

5th Wheel Trailer

| Service Performed: | Needed grey water valve replaced and slide adjusted. Work was done, but they hit the rig with the forklift and punctured the fiberglass in 3 places. Repair to fiberglass took 2 days longer than anticipated. Grey water valve still leaks. | ||
