Excellent work. They have made a 180 degree turnaround over the last 10
years. I would agree with the poor review in 2009, but since then they have
changed their staff to people who know RV's & have improved their service

Wall repair. Bought RV with cracked wall and reported to be repair in September 2009. Repaired only march 2010.
Company is asking us to pay a bill of 150.00 for a crack that was there before we bought. Did not change panel only added putty to the crack. I could have done that myself. Now requesting us to pay 150.00 for repair. Also when we purchased our trailer, a BBQ was included in deal, took a year to receive it with a missing connection to the gas attachment. Hard to find that connection in stores, can't use the BBQ yet. We had to call at least 10 times to get the BBQ. They would not return calls or when we could reach the company, they would promise the BBQ in week time but took a year with lots of phone calls from us. Salesman promises on contract not respected.
