  Date of Service:   3/10/2017
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Spartan Chassis inspection and pressure test cooling system
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Called two moths prior to service date to make an appointment for a complete chassis inspection, inspect for Spartan recall
on ball joint repairs, and pressure test cooling system as I was loosing a small amount of coolant. Showed up at
appointment time and date and left the coach all day. Went to pick up coach just prior to them closing and was informed
they didn't have the adapter to pressure test the cooling system, and the ball joint recall doesn't apply because it has
King Pins. Recovery tank cap was left off and laying on my tow hitch, and Entegra and Spartan have told me that the ball
joints relate to a steering recall. Very unhappy with my experience with Lee Smith, and now I have to find another service
facility, plus they charged me $360 to "inspect" the chassis. What a joke. Recommend you find another service provider
unless all you want is an oil change.

Company Contact:   Mike Suggs, Service Advisor
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Problem with #1 A/C that nobody could properly diagnosis. Added a couple of other optional jobs I wanted done at the
time I dropped the unit off at mid-morning Monday. Received a call from Mike Suggs, Service Advisor, less than 48 hours
later advising that the two jobs I had added were completed, the A/C issue had been diagnosed, my extended warranty
provider had been contacted, service approved, parts ordered and on the way.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   This is a very knowledgeable group of repair technicians that will take the time to explain in layman's language what the
problem was, what they did to correct it, and to find out if we had any other questions or concerns. Repair costs and
hours charged are very reasonable. They make you feel like they appreciate you as a customer

  Date of Service:   8/2/2013
  Company Contact:   Dennis
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Basic lube, oil/filter change, fuel filter change, look at chassis components for problems.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   A-one job done in good time. Called ahead two days prior for appointment and they put me in first thing in morning. Had a great waiting lounge
for a 2 hour nap while they worked. Once completed, Dennis went over the work looking for questions and comments. Also went over the
mechanics opinion of what was seen while they were under the rig. Total professional and friendly outfit and would recommend highly for anyone in
or passing through the area. Call ahead!

  Date of Service:   10/10/2010
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Had a check engine light come on. I have a Cummins diesel 8.3 turbo. They immediately evaluated the system and found that the fuel pump accumulator valve to be at fault.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work reasonably, and maintained proper contact with my extended service provider to get the unit repaired under contract. They have parking and power on site, but we elected to leave the unit.
