| Service Performed: | The cable from the trailer to the truck that provides our brakes and lights on the trailer was ripped apart at the socket while traveling from the U.S. to Canada. We needed an emergency repair in a hurry. A call to Sun Valley RV at 4:40 pm was treated in a priority manner and the repair to the cable was made at our late arrival. Further work was needed to prevent this from happening again and George, the service manager kindly squeezed us into their busy schedule for the next morning so that we could continue on our journey the next day. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The quality of the work done on the trailer cable and the additional work to modify our truck's connection location was excellent in both cases. The service technicians took the time to do the job right and stayed friendly throughout this interruption to their schedule. The Service Manager, George, assured us several times that he was happy to make sure that we were taken care of in the midst of our travels in order to ensure our safety. We were very grateful for their kindness and consideration. Despite our late arrival and unscheduled need, we were charged a fair price for all of the work done. | ||
