  Date of Service:   6/30/2017
  Company Contact:   Donny
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Oil lube to ISC Cummins 350 engine and chassis lube. 7000 W Onan genset service. Removed stripped oil plug (wrong part installed by Albuquerque
Cummins last fall) and replaced with correct oil plug. Replaced stripped torque nuts/rods on genset (also last worked on by Albuquerque Cummins).
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I am very happy with work done, though it took way longer than I expected. I called Monday to arrange service for later in the week. They were very
accommodating, getting me in on Friday. I arrived on their lot after midnight Thursday, expecting an electrical plug available. They only have one, and,
another rig (unoccupied) was plugged in to it. Google aerial view shows access around the back of the property, but after hours their back yard is locked,
so be prepared to unhook tow vehicle before getting too close to the building, there is no room to do a turn once on the lot. The job took from 0930-
1825. The tech did keep me informed on progress, including problems he had getting stripped bolt out of the generator oil pan. He also pointed out a
small leak he saw around hydraulic hoses going to fan motor, which they don't fix. The only complaint I have about the place is that the women's bathroom
is up two flights of stairs? They have a designated handicap parking space outside, but no handicap friendly toilet? I had to remind the service desk guy at
check out about my Cummins Power Club discount, but it sounded like he was a new employee, who was very nice about making the correction. The jobs
were billed total 8 hours of labor, which I think is rather a long time, but considering the stripped parts issues, not disputed. I am glad I selected this shop,
spending most of the day chatting with an owner/operator truck driver who has used them before, and continues to use them because of the quality work
they do.

Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Computer set a code and it was a defective fuel rail pressure sensor. I called Cummins Crosspoint and they were able to work us in as we were on the road
and heading south for the winter.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Once they got us into the shop the work was performed quickly and professionally. Tech was very conscientious and even removed his boots while working
in our coach.

  Date of Service:   10/15/2011
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Troubleshoot Onan 4K Microlite generator. This had suffered intermittent problems where it wouldn't run under load. A friend recommended going to a factory Onan service center instead of the local RV dealer (that couldn't fix the problem).
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Tested generator under load with correct Onan instruments. Went through a comprehensive evaluation. Found some items wrong, but this didn't solve the problem. Finally found that two different new spark plugs were both bad, and a new plug solved the original problem - along with other repairs like a new carburetor. They reduced the parts cost, and subtracted labor hours because they didn't find the problem quickly. The technician was very thorough, and explained every step as he worked.

Service Performed:   Removed transmission, replaced leaking rear main seal on C8.3 engine. Also found chipped started gear and after calling me replaced marginal parts.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   First class operation, gave accurate estimate and performed quality work. Expensive but they are well equipped for big projects.
