| Service Performed: | Purchase and installation of new Onan 5.5 LP generator | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Initial installation took all day and still had problems with generator working. Turned out service tech was not Onan certified. Bill, the owner, contacted another Onan service tech, who come out to our site to do an inspection. Ended up pulling generator out and replacing with another generator. There were a couple issues with the propane line routing which was fixed by the Onan tech. Bill stood behind all his work and deal and picked up the site service fee from the Onan tech. | ||
