| Service Performed: | Both RV air conditioners not blowing cold air. Needed to be replaced through XtraRide extended warranty. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Called service number and got a call back within an hour. Explained my problem and FAXed a copy of warranty contract. Immediately was scheduled for the repair work at my house. I was not using the RV currently so agreed to work being done after the weekend since I called on a Friday afternoon. Work was completed without any issues. Mr Parks is professional and gives great service. Very pleased and will use him in the future for any RV repairs. | ||
