  Date of Service:   1/17/2011
  Company Contact:   Mark Hofstetter
  Work Done on:   Class C
Service Performed:   This was actually the second time I had work done by Action RV. The first time was in October of 2010, where they came out to the RV park I was staying at and repaired my air conditioner. They only charged $30 to come out, and $30 for the part and the labor for the repair. Another, much larger dealer, about a quarter mile away, quoted $200 minimum, with parts and labor extra! Then, last week, I took my rig in for replacement of two vent covers, and installation of a MaxAir vent. Price was reasonable for the parts, and total labor was $37.50 for all three! This business shares a building with an equipment rental business, so don't let that throw you.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Everything they did both times is operating well, as expected, and they obviously knew what they were doing. The price was very reasonable, I thought, especially when compared to the previous quote from the nearby much larger camper sales and service location.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent
