We had the $400 full service Oil change: fresh oil, oil filter, replaced both fuel filters, lubed the chassis and driveline,
topped off/checked transmission fluid, and aired all tires to the proper pressure. |

I watched Richard and was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. He has everything needed with him, including original
equipment manufacturer (OEM) filters. For example, first service was done a year ago in Houston, and they used a Wix for the oil filter. Richard replaced with a Fleetguard Cummins filter made for our size diesel. Said Wix were OK, but this was OEM. Replaced the main fuel filter, as well as cleaned out the plastic bowl that screws on the bottom of the filter and has a drain cock, as well as the connection back to the main display to let you know water may be in the fuel. He said in shops that do not have OEM fuel filters he has seen them throw this bowl away. He told me on our engine the bowl replacement cost was $300. Lots of good info watching him do this servicing. I HIGHLY recommend Richard and RV Mobile Lube. By the way, he was up from the San Antonio area performing jobs for the person that normally does them in the Houston area, who was out at this time. When you call see if Richard is available. Excellent service! PS: RV dealer in Dallas had quoted this same service to us for $1,200+ (we were passing through) and we would have had to be there 2 days minimum to get it done. Great value from RV Mobile Lube. Same service last year was almost $500 and we had to take our coach in to them. Cannot even put a price on having it done onsite instead of taking the coach in. All around very pleased. |

Could not be happier!! came prepared, all OEM parts, clearly an expert,
and let me watch him and bother him the whole time without complaining. Nice to not have to drive anywhere for service AND get large savings over Cummins/Freightliner quote. |

| Service Performed: | On site full service oil change of a 40 diesel motorhome with 350 HP 6 Caterpillar C-7 engine with a Allison transmission on a Freightliner XC chassis. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Technician was knowledgeable, prompt for appointment and very neat in appearance. Excellent service. Changed oil, oil filter, primary & secondary fuel filters. Lubricated chassis and drive line, check oil level in front hubs. Topped off all fluids and checked and aired all tires. Basically performed same service as Freightliner dealers for $120 less in 2 hours less time. Changed the secondary fuel filter from the bottom end of the engine, which no Freightliner tech ever has done on our coach. Well worth a call. Locations in Houston, San Antonio and Dallas/Ft Worth. | ||
