| Service Performed: | Removed King Dome satellite and replaced with new slimline Direct satellite system. Inverter had failed, and replaced with new updated inverter. | ||

| Service Performed: | While he was repairing a minor problem with our water pump, Harry noticed we have the 4-door Norcold refrigerator that is under a NEW recall. He ordered the part and returned to do the recall work. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Harry appears to really know his trade. Took care of the recall work in under 1/2 hour. Tried to refuse payment for the minor repair to our water pump wiring (we paid him a minimal amount anyway). Showed up when he said he would, did the work in a timely, professional manor. We will use him again if we need repairs. We see him at Cal Expo RV Park almost every day - he has an excellent reputation here. | ||
