| Service Performed: | Diagnose Generac Generator. Rebuild if practical. Not practical. Install a customer supplied generator and get it up and running. | ||

Worst experience of my life. They did R&R the generator, but wouldn't even try to get it running. Then they
overcharged me by more than $300.00. They have an "F" rating with the BBB, which wasn't reported when we first contacted the BBS. Probably our mistake in trying to find their rating. Their name is appropriate! "Sham"rock RV. |
